From the beginning of September through to the end of November we will be serving:
Dorset crab on sourdough toast with cucumber and seaweed
Roast venison with butternut squash, Savoy cabbage, fried shallots and game sauce
Fillet of brill, béarnaise sauce, charred radicchio and hand-cut chips
Pear pudding with blackberry glacé, blackberries and cream
Dark chocolate tart with honeycomb and clotted cream
